Corporate Services Executive

We are currently seeking a meticulous and motivated Corporate Services Executive to join our Corporate Services team within a licensed Corporate Service Provider environment.

The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities, supporting the maintenance of statutory records, corporate governance documentation, and ongoing compliance obligations. Working within a structured and regulated framework, you will contribute to ensuring that client structures are properly maintained, transparent, and fully aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

This role offers valuable exposure to corporate administration, regulatory filings, and client servicing within a professional services setting committed to high standards of compliance and governance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and submission of resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry;
  • Handling of various corporate related tasks such as changes of corporate elements for our clients and incorporation of companies;
  • Maintaining company registers;
  • Assist with the drafting of contracts and resolutions;
  • Assist with the opening/closing of bank accounts and liaising with banks on a regular basis;
  • Handling client communications;
  • Ensuring all relevant companies are in compliance with all current laws and regulations;
  • Liaising with MBR and other relevant authorities;
  • Assisting in client on-boarding and ongoing monitoring;
  • Handling day to day duties required for the smooth running of the companies;
  • Handling of due diligence and KYC documentation and correspondence.

Professional Experience

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • A minimum possession of a Diploma in studies exposed in Legal, Finance or similar will be considered as an asset;
  • Knowledge of Corporate industry regulations and standards;
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS office applications;
  • Excellent communications skills in both English and Maltese;
  • Pro-active and Organised with a keen eye for detail.
